On August 8th 2014, we, Tohoku University\u2019s Medical Megabank, published an\u00a0allele frequency of more than 5% on known variants in order to advance the\u00a0validation of our Genome Reference Panel Draft. Though variant information\u00a0of more than 1% will be sold in the future, we aim to improve the\u00a0verification and accuracy of our draft version. Therefore, we are proud to\u00a0announce that we are accepting research proposals aimed at achieving an\u00a0allele frequency of less than 1% within variants.<\/p>\n

1.)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Joint Research related to single nucleotide polymorphism with in the
\nToMMo Genome Reference Panel Draft.
\n2.)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Joint Research related to deleting, inserting, and copying within the
\nToMMo Genome Reference Panel Draft.
\n3.)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Joint Research contrasting the ToMMo Genome Reference Panel Draft to
\nhealthy people.
\n4.)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Joint Research involving a case-compare study on an SNP array used on
\nJapanese people.<\/p>\n
