・Matcha and Taiyaki
Matcha is finely ground Japanese green tea powder, traditionally used in the Japanese tea ceremony.
Taiyaki is a traditional Japanese fish-shaped cake filled with sweet red bean paste (anko).
The batter is similar to pancake or waffle batter, poured into a fish-shaped mold and baked until golden brown.
